My complaint:

I was staying at the Edmond location for close to 7 months and was rushing my last day to leave. They came in twice without knocking or identifying themselves. I left 4 long boxes of comic books in my haste. When I had my stuff in my new place around 5 days later I found I only had 3 boxes of my comics. When I called they were never there or didn’t call back. When I was able to come back from out of town the maid suggested Tony the maintenance guy threw them away. The front desk guy said they weren’t left there. Tony had a beef with me from the beginning. I left the door cracked for Uber because I had a medical condition which made it impossible to leave my room. He knocked on the door came in and threated to kick me out! There was another nice day I decided to open the window and what do you know he told me to close it and threatened me once again! I had some plants on the window one day and you guessed it he threatened me and said it is the last warning. So I put them outside which he ly threw them away when I wasn’t there. This guy is a problem and my friend who stayed there echoes my complaints. Further more the place had roaches and cracks between the door a mile wide. Also, there is a bend in area above my room 114 which looks like a serious foundation problem which I feared the roof could collapse.

Suggested solution:

I understand if it was like a shirt or some dirty underwear that was left but this is thousands of dollars worth of comics. If someone left a wedding ring I can't see them tossing it in a dumpster. At the very least they should hold it or try to contact me. I have $500 to my name I don't know if I will make my next rent those comics could have been sold on ebay for at least $2000.
