My complaint:
I woke up this morning with a roach crawling on me in bed. I have killed well over 20 plus roaches in the last couple days. Also big fuzzy caterpillars in my room crawling out the AC and dead ones up and down the sidewalk outside the rooms. I tried to check in the other day at 3 when I had my reservation but was made to stand outside with another guest in 90 degree weather for an hour until the room was ready. I understand a bug or two but an infestation so bad they are in the bed crawling on me is unacceptable. I would like a new room or this one sprayed immediately and a discount for my stay.
