My complaint:
At the Intown Suites located on 8207 E. Adamo Lane, Tampa, Florida I stayed in room 106. I was there between 622 to 629. The carpet in my room was absolutely disgusting. There were all sorts of stains marks and dirty. On top of that and the reason for my complaint the carpet swelled like pee. I told the man that checked me in at the front desk. He said he was going to get someone to clean it. That never happened! I paid $400 for that week and endured that swell every day.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve it by getting new carpet or making sure that one is cleaned for the next guest. I would like some type of refund or discount for my enduring that smell for seven days.
