My complaint:
One of other staff member Diane White keep harassing me and family and threatening to kick me out ain’t even management. These folks are very rude, disrespectful violating guest privacy and not giving out amenities claim to do know housekeeping,wifi etc.
Suggested solution:
I need a apology and for all staff to do there job that hired to do professionally or knew staff. I have been denied service for almost a year living in unhealthy conditions with no help to move another room constant harassment because of complaining sad.
