Instacart complaint: Took 70 for a 43 order. Won’t receive refund for 5-10 business days

My complaint:

I placed an order 43.87. they took 70. It overdraft my account. I called and chatted but was told I authorized it and it will take 5-10 business days to refund.

I live on SSDI. I authorized the purchase but not extra.

Also I had a promotion for no delivery fee. But then they added additional service fees.

2.87 additional fee no explanation
3.00 service fee
2.80 alcohol fee

Doesn’t sound free to me.

Suggested solution:

Refund immediately. There is no reason to hold that much.
