Instacart complaint: This isn’t rocket science! I’m DONE!

My complaint:

Im so tired of having long work days and recipes planned for dinner just to get home and find imgredients missing from ny bags that i was charged for! How hard is it to follow a grocery list!?

Too many things were
Wring with this last experience-

1. Missing toilet cleaner and avocadoes from bags but i paid for them!

2. Whiever bagged this order had no idea that cold items gonin blue bags labeled “cold and frozen”!!! Cold items (crab meat) were bagged with ziplock bags and supplies of this nature!

3. The shopper complained of poor service in food lion so I didnt recwive half of their messages until after they were finished shopping and out of the store! How are we suppsed to make modifications to our orders of there is no phine service for them to complete their jobs well!!???

Most recent order was Nov. 24 delivered to my workplace but I’ve had this same issue with almost every single Instacart order!

Suggested solution:

The quality of your service is due to the quality of your shoppers! Until you hold them accountable, your service will suffer.
