My complaint:
I ordered 5 items totaling less than $40. The instacart driver proceeded to order himherself $112 in groceries and charged them to my card.
Suggested solution:
Kroger issued me a refund, but i believe the driver should be terminated. They received free groceries, using credit card theft. i also believe theft charges should be filed on the driver.
