Instacart complaint: Refused to resolve issue

My complaint:

I received 4 emails in a row stating that I had disputed 4 charges with Instacart using a credit card I do not own. I of course called immediately and while I was on the phone with the Instacart agent I received two more emails saying u was disputing 2 more charges from the same card that I do not own. I have called a total of 6 times and they refuse to resolve the issue. Their solution is to withdraw the 6 disputes (which I didn’t do) or pay the $1200-ish. I have NEVER disputed ANY charges on Instacart. And I have NEVER owned the credit card their stating I used nor did I use instart on the dates in question. I’m ready to be done with these morons

Suggested solution:

Nothing. Not a damn thing other than blame me and send these moronic rote emails in response. I have called them and asked for a supervisor or to speak directly with the trust and safety department and NO ONE has called me back.
