Instacart complaint: Ignoring Disabled person needing to use EBT

My complaint:

I am disabled and was told I could use EBT at Sprouts in Castle Rock. The system at Instacart has a glitch and they have blamed it on my card. NO . I spoke with human services and EBT. I have been lied to by Instacart and everyday for two months they promised to fix this and then ignore me oand hang up on me. I have spent countless hours. Nikki the manager at Sprouts tried to talk with a manager at Instacart. They do nothing but hang up on everyone. I have had my health affected as well as my disability finances.
They need to care about disabled people and do something about their mess! Fast!!

Call me and resolve their technical difficulties.
I have asked Daily.
720-581-3136.
Comp me for mass expense and time and aggravation.
Distress for continuing to lie about doing nothing.
