My complaint:

I did not accept their membership but they still charged me and sigbed me up. I wrote an email and they told me I could still cancel by the link (which took me to their stupid app again), I did so and followed the s and their s at the end told me that I can’t get a refund. That’s it! What’s wrong with this company.

Suggested solution:

I want my refund now! I can't afford this membership and did not ever want it.
