My complaint:

As a shopper, I feel as though customers are taking advantage by having the shopper do their grocery shopping. Ex: shopping for 70 items but only receiving possibly $10 is NOT worth the batch or the pay. Not only is that too many items, but the customers should be limited to no more than 30 items per batch On top of that, the customers shouldn’t be able to order more than 2 cases of water. Some are ordering 4-5 cases and live in apartments. It’s just become very disrespectful in my opinion. Lastly, I don’t think instacart should automatically combine 2 or 3 batches and the shopper not have the option of just completing either 1, 2 or all 3. If it is multiple orders, once again the pay needs to match the amount of items the customer is ordering.

Suggested solution:

Either limit the customers to how much they can order or increase the pay when it's over 30 items. This is becoming inconvenient for the shoppers and their time. When it comes to the multiple orders grouped together, than the customers need to live near by.
