My complaint:
How can an order of 5 things at a CVS get screwed up. I’m missing the item I really needed. Sick in bed and I wanted something cold. So what happened…the guy decided he’d keep them for himself? I’m really thinking about dropping Instacart all together. You guys refunded me. But I REALLY WANT THE GUY TO go back to the store and bring me what is missing.
Suggested solution:
Credit me, but that doesn’t really resolve the issue. How can you get 5 items wrong?!
It was most likely out of stock and shopper refunded it and instacart app is always messsd up and most likely said customer requests refund
