My complaint:
Today I tried Instacart again after having a non delivery problem the beginning of the pandemic.
Today the shopperdeliverer said they could not gain access (there is a buzzer system and I indicated my apt on request) and left my groceries on back porch.
I don’t have a back porch. I had someone help me search the outside doors as I’m disabled and just had surgery to no avail. So on a fixed income I have no food (right before Christmas) and it will be 5-10 business days before I’m refunded my $.
This is unacceptable!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money ASAP.
Give me a credit to be used on my Kroger card.
