Instacart complaint: Refusal to refund money or transfer to a supervisor

My complaint:

I had an issue with my Instacart Card. I was assured that if I used my own card I would get reimbursed. This is not happening. One shopper did not show up. Instacart asked me to return the items. The store would not refund on perishable items. Now they refuse to pay me.

On the second order, the cashier forgot to ring up a case of water so I had to make two purchases. They are saying the items don’t add up and will not pay. I have itemized the items because the receipt is cheap and they were faded. It takes several photos to see and they will only allow me to upload 4. I have been told 3 times this was escalated and it never was. They refuse to allow me to talk to a supervisor. They know that I paid for these orders out of my pocket.

Suggested solution:

By refunding my money for an order they know I paid for.
