Instacart complaint: No help and constantly lie

My complaint:

I’m going on week 4 of my account being shut down wish they have something posted up there that I won’t be able to work until May 15th for a duplicate account which I didn’t make someone on the chat line which took almost 40 minutes of bacon to give me a supervisor never got one that said just let me deal with this so she called herself trying to put in my phone number it made me a duplicate account switch shut down my old account and made me a new account which that got shut down as well so now I’m in trouble and can’t go back to work till May 15th for something she did but I’m being punished for it……. I’ve spoken a number of supervisors who keep reassuring me oh we’re going to get this resolved quickly nothing everyday when I turn it on nothing still can’t work

Suggested solution:

Get account active and running...... And start firing and disciplining the people on the chat line that don\'t do their jobs and lie
