My complaint:
I have been doing business with them and just randomly they have deactivated my account and when i went to ask them they said they had no idea that it would be fixed in no time so when time went i kept on getting the same thing over and over again and when i go to contact them they said that there was suspicious activity on my account and when i asked them they never said what and they just resumed to close my account without any reason or anything.. just beating around the bush
Suggested solution:
Actually explain why they are doing something without just doing it. Just better social skill along with better costumer service
