My complaint:
Order was left outdoors with perishables outside of the door to our building. It is an automatic door that opens anytime you get near it! Driver just left groceries unlabeled out in the heat with missing items.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for my delivery fee. I want the tip removed and I want to drive or notified but if they cannot complete orders using common sense, they need to find other employment.
