My complaint:

I tried to place an order on Nov. 1 st. And 2nd. It said my debit card could not be charged. Wrong, my card was ok, I called my bank and they informed me my card was fine and that Instacart should be able to charge on it. So I kept trying for 2 days to get groceries and every time I did they ( Instacart) tried to charge my account again ! Now I have 780.00 on my BofA account from your company. I have called you company several times and nothing has been done to Remove these charges. I expect these charges to be removed within 24 hours. This has gone on to long. If this has not been resolved I will be forced to take further action. Thank you Lorinda Supinger
