My complaint:

Hello , my name is lacey palmer number 8132973203 and I recently purchased $385 worth of groceries from BJ’s wholesale foods. The shopper claimed to have had issues with my card it wasn’t going through so she couldn’t complete my order. Instead of the order being cancelled it was marked delivered and I was charged for the transaction. I had called in and was reassured that a redelivery would be done and a $30 credit for the inconvenience. Following the call I received an email that my request for redelivery , refund or credit was denied. I’m not sure how you can charge someone $385 for groceries that your supervisor VERIFIED with the shopper was never completed in the store to deliver and then deny me either my money back or redelivery . THAT IS THEFT and that is 100% illegal!!! I called BJ’s and spoke directly with the managing member of this transaction who stated “I remember this in detail , the instacart lady was very rude and impatient and just left all the groceries on the counter and walked out” . Your instacart member marked an order delivered so she could get paid and now as a result I’m jumping through hoops trying to get my $400 worth of groceries that simply got put back on bjs shelves .

Suggested solution:

I want my order redelivered !!!! I want the groceries I paid for and was charged for and if I can’t get a solution I will be calling the police and pressing charges for theft. Bjs told me their surveillance can be provided with a police report and I have cameras around my entire house to PROVE groceries never arrived . You choose how you’d like to go about this.
