Instacart complaint: Bad groceries

My complaint:

I complained online and was told that someone would get back to me and no one did. I ordered groceries on the 16 and had them delivered on the 18th. Not only did the shopper tell me she had only 20 minutes to fill my entire order before the store closed but also returned items without asking me. She delivered eggs that were cracked, lays stackable with no lid, the wrong type of bread and melting ice cream, along with soda that no one drinks. She did not give me a receipt and most importantly did not wear a face mask the entire time of bringing my groceries to my door. I asked instacart to return those damaged items but never received a reply. This service was so bad that I do not trust using them again

Suggested solution:

I would still like those damaged items to be taken off, I would like to see my receipt and it is very important for everyone’s safety that workers wear a mask!
