My complaint:

Trust and safety team deactivated my account due to ID fraud. Even I sent 3 Canadian IDs to prove it’s me. But they haven’t provided me with any details or evidence. They ignored all my emails. I requested further details only.

Suggested solution:

Only I want more details and evidence of how they consider me fraudulent.
