My complaint:
I received an order. I accepted and started the navigation to shop. It took me to an address. I contact Customer care. She asked me to go to a nearby store and shop for customer. As the I reached the store the app was not letting me start the batch. So representative started it for me. I started shopping and when I went to pay to register, my mastercard didnot work. It declined. So, I contacted customer support. They said they will fix it. But, got no help!! I have all screenshots-I believe it happened because I shopped at an actual store but it was not coming up on their system. God knows!! But, I was not at fault
