Indiegogo complaint: Useless deaf

My complaint:

Charged my credit card for item as fundraiser for new album. Credit card listed it in April, but NO ITEM OR REASON FOR DELAY.

Suggested solution:

Confirm the facts and forward item or refund charge. And stop sending irrelevant ads.
