My complaint:
Fund raiser: sale of branded ceramic mug as $ for musical group album. Costshipping collected by Indiegogo. Credit card s.but mug never sent music group had no notice of order.So Indiegogo has both.
Suggested solution:
Clean up their BS, and either refund my charge or deliver my mug. Plainsimple.or perhaps I go thru American Express.
