My complaint:
I have had my imvu account for 15 years. I have bought AP. My age has been verified. I have spent so much money on my account. I was chilling in my room one day and we were on the topic of age. I typed. ‘I’m 33, but mentally I’m 12 and as we all know UK has banter. I was merely joking. I have never misrepresented myself as anything other than my age. 33. My account was banned. I contacted and explained my side of the story but they refuse to give me back my account. I explained that if I typed I’m 33, but mentally 80 that wouldn’t have been an issue right? I’m absolutely furious and explained it was just a joke. I don’t see myself as a child nor act like one online. They’re refusing to listen or understand and the customer service I’ve received is appalling.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my account of 15 years.
