My complaint:
Someone decided to start insulting me in a chat room and we some how started going on about ages I said as a complete joke that I was 12 even tho I’ve bought AP and I’m 26 years old. The email stated it was a temporary ban until I could verify my age. Made a new account and bought VIP so I could discuss the matter with one of the agents, received an email stating they may now be a resolution to this but they’ve gone and banned the new account I made because of what happened on my other one.
I’m not continuing to create accounts and buy VIP just to see what’s going on with the case I put in, VU is a complete joke and should just give my account back! Clearly nobody can take banter on the game.
Suggested solution:
Reactivate the new account I made so I can see what the update with my case is.
