My complaint:
we were very disapointed to find out on board ship ref no1071151 and 1071155 that we were one of only a few people who didnt get on board spending money we have booked 18 cruises through you and this is the first time we didnt receive on board spend i week before our cruise you were still advertiseing the cruises with onboard spend when i rang up before we went they said there was nothing you could do even though you put we will price match i am still annoyed with iglue for keeping £300 deposit we lost because we had to cancel a cruise through covid in 2020 we booked a cruise with you in december but were told we had to book with the same cruise line
