My complaint:

Waited 40 minutes to get through only to be told can’t help
We have waited 2 weeks for cancellation invoice without it can’t get refund
Iglu just could not care less
Shocking only saving grace it was our last Iglu cruise so don’t have to deal with them after this

Do there job serve the customer
