Huobi complaint: Took my money before explaining any limits

My complaint:

Started a transaction and once they had my funds they then told me that there was a limit and u would have to out more funds in to be able to get my funds out
I don’t have the funds to add so there are now 2 parties without access to their funds.
They are slow to respond and just repeat themselves without solving the problem

When they've cancelled the transaction
