My complaint:
I’ve been waiting for 3 days for the platform to cancel the purchase order and release my balance because the buyer simply didn’t send the payment and says he made it. I have already sent all the possible and imaginable evidence and still the platform just says we are waiting for a position from the buyer. Serious?? I’m tired, stressed and without any confidence to use the platform again.
Suggested solution:
CANCELING THE ORDER AND RELEASE MY MONEY!
