My complaint:
I have never had such a horrible experience and cost me around 20k in refunds.
About 11 years ago, I tried to claim my mom because she lived with me and I paid all the bills. I was told by THEIR tax preparer that was not possible because she worked? Ok, 11 years.
Finally, last year i found out that was not TRUE. So, I had them file to recoup some of what was owed me. They told me I could only go back 3 years.
NOW, a year later- The IRS has no idea what amended returns. I go in there- This Beverly lady and her manager who never responded were not there. Another man pulls up my info to say one of the years was NOT even filed. One was rejected. He told me it was her responsibility to let me know. I have never received anything from the IRS.
I have gone in there and asked for receipts for services rendered and what was done. They treat that office like a mafia style with no receipts given.
I recorded our conversation with them. They somehow blocked the video voice.
Anyone know a good attorney please message me. Unethical, Incompetent and plain wrong!
Suggested solution:
Do the right thing and have someone see WHAT they did with my taxes. It's been a year and this is horrible.
No help from them, no response. I paid the guarantee a few years back.
