My complaint:
After Covid spring of 21 I went in to have my 2020 taxes filed and was charged $140 by HR Block to tell me that I did not have anything coming back from the state of Michigan and she had the audacity to do my federal taxes, although I was on disability because I had sold a condo and I told her multiple times I lost money and had proof of that. However, she continued to do my taxes, knowing I would get nothing back on federal and charged me as well. A Debra Dault they continue to not return phone calls, or answer questions appropriately.
Suggested solution:
Number one someone to communicate appropriately to give me my money back that I filed and they lied about a number two to make it right with the state of Michigan and the federal government regarding my taxes!
