My complaint:
I filed my 2020 taxes along with my state taxes in april of 2021 and when California started issuing their State Stimilus checks which I would’ve qualified for I never got mine so I called the Franchise Tax Board and they adviced me that my State taxes never got submitted. I Checked my paperwork and I have proof I did submit them so I called HR Block and they told me that my state taxes never went through and that it was a glitch in their system. Because of this I missed on $950 on stimulus checks. I am still trying to get this figured out and all they say is We cant do anything and thats our final answer. I was definitely not expecting this from HR block but that the only answers im getting from them.
Suggested solution:
pay me the stimulus checks I have not been able to claim because of their glitch.
