My complaint:
Received flyer through the US mail stating I could download the software for a discounted price.
When I attempted to download the product, it would not allow me to do so at the price advertised.
Called HRBlock Custome Support, transferred multiple time and hung up on
This is a Bait and Switch advertising campaign that should be unlawful!
Suggested solution:
Provide me the softwar at the prie adversied.
