My complaint:
I dropped my simple sole proprietor tax information off with Richard on Oct. 2622, to have him review the return for any errors. I received an phone call update on Nov. 2522, he advised – he has the file set up and is now going to be processing the return and will call me if he has any questions. I heard nothing back, so I called him on Jan. 523 and left a message for an update. I called again on Jan. 623, he advised that some projects came in from Revenue Canada that take priority over clients and that he would be done by the following week. It is now Jan. 2423, and I have not heard back.
Suggested solution:
I want Richard to put all my files inside my file bag I provided, delete the spreadsheet I sent him, put my bag at the reception desk for me to pick up tomorrow (Jan. 2523) and I want the $75 deposit I paid on Oct. 26, 2022 refunded.
