My complaint:
We filed online. The lady we dealt with in Texas was a complete unprofessional and when we brought up her mistake in filing wrong school tax she said we needed to go to a local office to correct. Taxes were already filed. We made appt in Powell, Ohio and when we arrived were told we have to pay a second time to have the files redone. This is absurd. We should not have to pay a second time for their screw up. I expect complete compensation for this BS.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the cost of the second filing.
