My complaint:
Feel she didn’t get the most taxe refund back plus I am single grandma raising my grandson trucking needs lot of work can’t get inspection done so they won’t allow me to register it because of this have a pile of tickets live with my father in country need vehicle can’t depend on my 70 year old father can’t afford own place so ever dollar counts she charged me almost $500 just to do my taxes then I count get the instant pay which need I can’t doordash keep getting plowed over for money and have my online sites but that varies don’t a guaranteed certain income. That requires to go to the Post office and now I out of gas as well can’t stuck here can’t get anything done.
I complained to her why so low and why charge so much never cost that much before she says if you don’t like it you can take your paper and do it your self felt uncomfortable plus if I knew in the beginning how much she was going to charge I would have done something different because every dollar counts to help get out tjis mess im in want see if someone can redo and help me ,go over my taxes and do something different please
