My complaint:
While having my 2020 taxes done at the ashland ma location i was asked if i received my stimulus check of $1800. I said yes and the person put the $1800 in a box. then was told it means that i received it. It was put in a box saying i didn’t receive it. Now i have received a bill from the IRS of $1800 because of the mistake made by the person working at HR Block. I went to the Framingham location and was told it’s not there fault.
Suggested solution:
HR Block made the mistake and i feel they should pay the $1800. I go there to have my taxes done right. Not to find out that because of there mistake that now i have to pay the IRS $1800.
