My complaint:
I had my taxes prepared on February 13, 2021 at HR Block, 864 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755, by tax analyst Ines Maldonado.
I sent a referral to Ms. Maldonado on February 27, 2021, with the referral 76789121. Her name in Virginia Anderson, a neighbor, no relation.
I still have not received the $50.00 for this referral. I emailed Ms. Maldonado on ,May 29th, called the office on June 11th (closed), and sent an email to customer support on June 11th. No one has answered me with an answer as to why I have not received the $50.00.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone to contact me as to why I have not received this money, and see to it that I get the referral reward as promised. I is not good business practice for HR Block, and I will not have my taxes prepared there anymore, nor will I refer anyone to HR Block.
