H&R Block complaint: Poor Communication and Service

My complaint:

I had an appointment Monday 4112022 at 4pm. After arriving I was informed that the person scheduled to do my taxes was not there. No phone call was placed to inform me. I was kind enough to have them reschedule for today, 4142022 at 10am. I arrived there a little early. I was then informed that they could not find me scheduled. I had a card and received text messages to appointment. To no avail, I left my tax information there and then tried to call with my routing number. No one from that office answered. I was talking to a call center and was informed that the person who I spoke with could not take the information. I can hope that they will call me and use the correct number I have informed them to use which is a landline, and do not use my cell number because I do not use it to talk..

Suggested solution:

Have my taxes done and no charge.

Also, improve on appropriate communication. With all the ways there are now to communicate there is no excuse or reason to not inform clients of all events they are involved with.
