My complaint:
I had a few questions on my taxes so decided to go to a tax professional. That was a big mistake! When I was asking about deductions that we took last year, our tax pro replied oh those don’t exist anymore. When I took the prepared taxes back because our state refund was reduced from the amount they told us, she never looked into why. The answer I got was because I entered something in wrong. How can I enter something in wrong when they prepared my taxes? I also had a question on a tax credit letter we received from the IRS. Well the office said they did not have the letter. I dropped the letter off with the rest of the paperwork so it conveniently got lost? As for the up front cost, our person never went over that so it was a big shock when it came to pay for the tax prep.
Suggested solution:
Look into customer issues when they are brought to the company, don\'t just dismiss them!
