My complaint:
I filed my taxes with H R Block. Was asked if I received $2,800 in Stimulus payments. I responded that I only received $1,400 in 2021 and that was consistent with IRS records. The agent that filed my taxes indicated that I DID NOT received any stimulus payment. When I got my refund, it was $2,800 less than hat I was told. The agent even had me pay an additional $45.00 for insurance in case there were mistakes. Not only did he make mistakes, he directed me to the IRS to resolve. They assume no responsibility and will not honor their 100% Satisfaction guarantee. They don’t even return my calls!
Suggested solution:
As a minimum, refund my entire filing fee (including the insurance I paid for).
