My complaint:
The receptionist at my Block Advisor location iswas so inappropriate on the phone and in person. She argues with me none stop. She was even arguing with the manager. I have all of it on video. The manager, Michelle, then told my tax advisor, Alice, that if I didn’t delete the video she, was not allowed to finish my taxes. I already had two in person meetings with Alice, one in February and one in March. My taxes were basically done, just needed the final things and signing. My dad also has Alice do his taxes. We have been seeing Alice for 10-12 years. I really would like to speak to someone regarding this matter. Now I am going to have to pay for and file my own extension. Now I have to find another tax business to finish my taxes and everyone is super busy. This behavior by the receptionist is not acceptable, nor is it acceptable to not allow me to finish my taxes.
Suggested solution:
I want my extension fee to be paid for by HR Block and Alice to finish my taxes and the receptionist to be reprimanded for her behavior.
