My complaint:
I entered all my info in the online software and then it went to the tax pro HR sent me to. Somehow all the info I entered in software did not come out on tax form. First one she sent me for review had -0- income so of course I owed no taxes. I sent a detailed description of all the mistakes on the tax form…there was 6 blatant errors. The Tax Pro (and I use that word loosely) sent me a revised tax form. There were still errors and so I sent it back for correction and asked a question. That was 9 days ago. Tax deadline came and went without her responding to me so I had to file an extension that the software spit out. Again showing I owed nothing which I know to be incorrect and still I get crickets from the supposed tax pro.
Suggested solution:
Fire the tax pro! I used to do taxes and I know more than she. Refund my money as they did not provide the service I paid for ie a tax return with a tax pro providing quality service.
