My complaint:

Was transferred to the office when I e-filed on 2272021 via the corp (800) number regarding the status of my refund. Called and the so-called manager Yvonne answered and was very rude in word and tone. She verified my identity and still refused to provide the requested information. I simply called to obtain the status of my refunds. Yvonne stated why don’t you have your tax forms with her. I had to inform her that I am working and I don’t make the practice of carrying my taxes. I asked to be transferred to the preparer to call me and Yvonne refused and hung up the call.

Suggested solution:

I want this employee to be written up for the lack of customer service and rudeness. This action needs to be placed in her employee file.
