My complaint:
Good evening my name is Tiffany Wilson on March 6th last month I got my taxes done and the lady that did my taxes was rushing she didnt even look through all my paperwork she did my taxes and 20 minutes. When I made a appointment on March 13th to get my taxes re done over again I couldnt make it to my appointment that day. But the lady didnt call me and said that my paperwork is at the office on Harford Road. On March 28th on a Sunday afternoon I went to the office about my taxes was the wrong amount and I wanted a updated about what happened and now I had to do a Amendment Tax Return and I mailed in my papers and now I have to wait 16 weeks to get my new taxes amount. And I think it effected me getting my stimulus check hopefully I will get my Stimulus check on Wednesday and I have bills to pay.
Suggested solution:
The people at HR Block should give me a apology even the lady that did my taxes.
