My complaint:
I am my Mom`s POA. She has not received her M1PR refund yet. I called HR with my concerns, the woman was very kind, was going to get back to me but this never happened. My payment method was approved at the time of picking up the taxes so that is not the issue. I am super disappointed. HR is pricey but obviously does not stand behind their clients.
Suggested solution:
Hello!! Reach out to me. Keep me informed on what the issue is and help me resolve it. I tried to do an online chat with a CPA but they wanted to charge me. My Mom has already paid HR enough.
