H&R Block complaint: Not filing proper documents

My complaint:

They have fail to complete portions of my taxes resulting in me calling CRA twice only to have a agent tell me that HR fail to claim part of my rent.

Suggested solution:

Look into why they are not filing complete Tax Forms
