My complaint:
I bought the HR Block program from Walmart in Mountain Home, AR 72653. Part of the return called for entering five (5) 1099-Rs. The total of the 5 WHs was $10.610. But line line 25b on page 2 of the Fed return says $13,284. I rechecked the return that was efiled and accepted on 031921. I did not duplicate any entries. NOW WHAT?
Suggested solution:
Tell me how $10,610 WH turned into $13,284 WH on line 25b. Send me a program correction and pay for the cost of an amended return. By the way, all Arkansas WH inputs transferred to the AR return correctly.
