My complaint:
Initially I ask HR Block to fix my CRA taxes ONLY (not IRS). Problem was-I did not get refund of $6000, CRA did not acknowledge RELEVE1 and I paid by mistake 5700 extra to CRA.
F. Knowles appear suddenly and said that my US taxes are wrong. I did not ask for that. My previous accountant (much smarter by the way than she is) said that everything can be done with CRA only. F. Knowles created job for herself that I didn’t need. She never touch my Canadian taxes, she did not fix any problem and she collected $800
Suggested solution:
Refund all what I paid-$800,Frances Knowles was useless, without any vision of bigger picture, accounting moron, too old to serve a public, not communicative
